MAIN TERMS

Standard Terms

 Recruitment fee only needs to be paid after the selected candidate has gone to work.

Payment time: within 7-15 days from the date the selected candidate starts working.

Warranty: Within 60 days from the date the selected candidate starts working, if this candidate resigns or is dismissed, EMPLOYER has 2 options: have a candidate replacement by GOOD PARTNER for free (1 time); or: receive a refund of 50% of the recruitment fee EMPLOYER paid.

Special terms

Besides the standard terms mentioned above (which are currently applied by most leading headhunting companies), Good Partner has a flexible mechanism on terms of cooperation: all terms are negotiable to serve all diverse needs from Emloyers on win-win basis.
